Fascia Stretch Therapy uses gentle traction to stretch the joint capsule, increasing range of motion. Traction, circumduction, and oscillation are used together with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), which requires client participation. FST sessions are fully clothed with no lotions or oils. This technique targets fascia between skin, muscle, bone, and organs, not the muscle itself.
